The Bratwurst Röslein - the world’s largest Bratwurst restaurant - is located in the heart of Nuremberg's historic center, directly at the world-famous Christkindlesmarkt. Up to 600 guests can be accommodated in four different rooms with a cozy atmosphere. 250 seats in the beer garden.
The Förster family and the Röslein team run the restaurant in a Franconian and cozy inn tradition.
Both the restaurant menu and the daily menu offer delicious, freshly cooked dishes from the Franconian region. We buy from local food suppliers only. The specialty of the "Röslein's" are of course the original Nürnberger Rostbratwürste (fried sausages), prepared according to the old traditional recipe of the old-town butcher Michael Förster.
Our kitchen also prepares light meals, vegetarian dishes from the vital kitchen and gluten-/lactose-free dishes. Street sale and all dishes to take away.

The "Röslein’s" offers a great service for families with kids: Kids’ play area, kids’ chairs in several sizes, kids’ menu, kids’ paints and a lot more.
Our souvenir shop in the restaurant with many local specialties is open 7 days a week from 10am to 12pm for you.
